We are very serious about our commitment to high quality patient care. If a problem develops with respect to your care, we encourage you to share your concerns with the clinic or ward manager.
The manager will either resolve your concerns or bring the matter to the attention of someone who can. If you have a problem, please ask for help immediately.

If you have other concerns about quality or care or safety you may also contact the Joint Commission.
You can contact the Joint Commission about quality of care issues and concerns about the safety of the environment in which care is provided. To obtain information on how to report a complaint, call the Joint Commission’s toll free complaint hot line, (800) 994-6610.
To file a complaint summarize the issue in no more than two pages and provide the name, street address, city and state of the accredited health care organization.
