Adult Familly Care (AFC)

The Adult Family Care program helps people who are unable to live alone to receive the support they need in a home environment-either with their own family or with a host family. This is also known as Adult Foster Care. 
 

Group Adult Family Care (GAFC)

Group Adult Family Care (GAFC) assists Certified Personal Caregivers in daily living activities along with Registered Nursing and Case Management services to individuals aged 22 or older.
