In-Home Care to Support Your Independent Lifestyle

Guardian Healthcare provides quality home care services, support and advocacy to each one of our patients, all within an environment of respect and safety for them and each one of our caregivers. When you, or someone you love, need assistance that extends beyond services covered by medical insurance, Guardian Healthcare’s Private Care can help.

Private Care services promote and empower the independence and well-being of older adults, individuals with disabilities, and their caregivers. Our client focused approach ensures that your peace of mind comes about from physical, social, and emotional well-being. Our services provide day-to-day support allowing our clients to live safely and independently in the comfort of their own homes. These services, such as help with personal care or household chores, grocery shopping or meal preparation, do not require a physician’s order and are most often paid for privately, though some long-term care insurance policies will cover private care.

Whether it’s help with your daily routine, care as you recover from surgery, or just the reassurance of a smile and a familiar face, we can help. Working with your doctor, our skilled nurses will deliver the right treatment at the right time – everytime. Our compassionate nurses, therapists, and certified home health aides will make sure that you receive the physical and emotional support you need to get better at home. Working together with you, your family, and your doctor, our Private Care team will create a plan of care that addresses your health, your lifestyle, your safety, and your need for privacy.

We understand how important it is to feel comfortable with the caregivers you invite into your home. Every one of our highly trained nurses, home health aides, homemakers, and companions is fully screened, insured and credentialed. They offer a level of skill that comes only with experience, and the compassion that comes with true caring.
